When I started at secondary school, I soon found out that I was a “visual” scholar. So, it did not matter how much I read about a subject, I could not take it in. For that reason, I soon found out that I could learn things better when using images. In other words, I could pick things up by using drawings and pictures. So I soon found out that I was fairly good at art.

This leads me onto today. In my opinion, today’s world is extremely visual and suits my style. When I am not sure, I can look at a video and the penny usually drops. I was elated when I first saw this particular video. About how the battery was discovered.I knew that it would be a great visual aid for my readers.

Although it does not relate specifically to mobility batteries it will help to understand how the battery works.The video starts from the beginning when a frog experiment helped to discover the battery.

How batteries work explained

Lead acid batteries are fairly complicated technology. So, it is good to be able to recommend a video for our customers to see. Enabling them to try and understand how the popular lead acid works. In my opinion these batteries are taken for granted. Also they are now packaged like any other consumer product. So, making it easier to choose the correct battery for your application. Making it unnecessary to need to know too much about the battery you are buying.

However some people do like to go a little further with their quest for knowledge and this video should help.
